Requirement to replace existing chain link fence with masonry wall on

L. Planning & Zoning Board Recommendations of Nov. 26, 1986:
1. Amendment of Land Use Map to Add 1.24 acres being annexed on north
side of Shepard Road just east of US l7/92-Light Industrial Classifica-
tion-Concurrently zone property C-2.
2. Request of Janet Gould for Amendment of Land Use Map to reclassify
1.5 acres on SR 434 adjacent to Seminole Pines Mobile Home Park to
allow Model Center-Concurrently to rezone or grant variance to
zoning code as necessary.
3. Request of C.M.Williams III to annex North 177 feet of Lot 8, Blk.B,
Johnson's Poultry Farms-South of SR 434 adjacent to W.S.Elementary.

1. Railroad crossings/Agreement:
a. Resolution No. 557, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an
Agreement with CSXT, and to sign same on behalf of the City
whereby CSXT grants to the City an easement or r-o-w for
constructing and maintaining Tuscora Drive, etc.
b. Resolution No. 558 authorizing the Mayor to enter into an
Agreement with CSXT, and to sign same on behalf of the City
whereby CSXT grants to the City an easement or r-o-w for
constructing and maintaining Vistawilla Drive, etc.
2. Bid Openings:
a. Resurfacing certain roads
b. Backhoe
c. Construction of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
(1) Res. No. 559, to tentatively accept the bid dated 11/26/86
of Water Processing Co. ,Inc. for the construction of the
Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, FDER Project No.
767040.
3. Discussion of Ordinance No. 338, imposing a one year moratorium on
the receipt of applications for review of a site plan for the develop-
ment of land upon which a convenience store or gas station, etc.
4. Resolution No. 560, supplementing the Personnel Policy of the City
establishing official holidays for the calendar year 1987.
5. Interlocal Agreement with Winter Springs/Seminole County
