A. Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the approved Master Plan of
the Tuscawi11a Planned Unit Development to redesignate the land use of
property from Stable/Pasture to Single Family on the following described
property: Approximately 30 acres situated east of Tuscawilla Road, north
of St. Stephen's Catholic Church, west of Unit 6 and south of Unit 8.
B. Planning & Zoning Board recommendations of 10/28/87:
1. Conversion to Commercial Residences on west side of Wade Street
2. Notification to adjacent property owners of land use and zoning
changes before Board
C. First reading of Ordinance No. 407 adding annexed property to Land Use
Map at Light Industrial and Zoning Map at C-2 - Denton - 6.85 acres
northeast of Old Sanford-Oviedo Road.
D. Resolution No. 579 fixing the fees to be paid by applicants for signs
in the City, etc.
