A. Public Hearing and First Reading Ord. 574, Rezoning Lot 17 and that portion oflot 23
lying north of the CSX Railroad Right-of-way, Block B, D.R. Mitchell's survey of the
Levy Grant on Lake Jessup, Plat Book 1, Page 5, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, from the present zoning categories ofR-U and C-2 respectively, to R-3 pursuant
to Chapter 166.041 of the Florida Statutes; providing for the amendment of the Official
Zoning Map; severability; conflicts and effective date.
B. Public Hearing and First Reading Ord. 579, to amend Section 9-241 of the Code of
Ordinances, Stormwater Management.
C. Public Hearing and First Reading Ord. 580, vacating First Street and unnamed road
(Seminole Pines) across from main entryway to City Hall.
D. Grand Reserve - Request to record plat and covenants only.
E. Rouse Proposal.
F. Marquee Sign Request - Badcock Furniture request to replace sign at Village
Marketplace (piggly Wiggly) with a new marquee sign.
