The City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida has scheduled
at the request of the City Attorney, an Attorney/Client (executive) session
pursuant to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, relating to the pending case
styled:
Seminole County, City of Oviedo. McKinley's Mill Homeowners et al v. City of
Winter Springs. DCA and BattleRidge
DOAH Case No.'s 98-37788GM, 98-3789GM and 98-3790GM
The Executive Session is scheduled as follows:
WHEN: Monday, November 16,1998 at 6:30 p.m.
WHERE: City Hall, City of Winter Springs, 1126 E.S.R. 434, Winter Springs, FL
EXPECTED LENGTH OF SESSION:
One Hour (1) hour
