The City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida has scheduled at the request of
the City Attorney, an attorney/client (executive) session pursuant to Section 286.011
Florida Statutes, relating to the pending case styled:
Seminole County, City of Oviedo. McKinley's Mill Homeowners et al.v. City of Winter
Springs. DCA and Battle Ridge DOAH Case No's 98-3788GM, 98-3789GM and
98-3790GM
The Executive Session is scheduled as follows:
WHEN:
Monday, November 2,1998 at 6:30 p.m.
WHERE:
City Hall, City of Winter Springs, 1126 E. State Road 434, Winter
Springs, FL 32708
EXPECTED LENGTH OF SESSION:
One Hour (1) hour

A transcript of the Executive Session will be prepared by a certified court reporter
and a transcript will become a part of the public record upon conclusion of the
litigation.
