Development And Which Equal 9.862 Acres More Or Less, Located At Florida
Avenue And Lake Lucerne Circle From (Winter Springs) "C-2 (General
Commercial)" To (Winter Springs) "PUD (Planned Unit Development)". The
Approval Of This Request Will Result In All Of The Keewin Parcels Having A
