Welcome Delegation Members, Chairman Bob Dallari, Seminole County Commission. 2. Bobby Brantley, Legislative Liaison, Shutts and Bowen, Seminole County Legislative priorities for 2009. 3. Carol Hunter, Seminole County Environmental Services, Yankee Lake Regional Surface Water Treatment Facility, regional importance, project needs, & status. 4. Andrew Van Gaale, Administrator, Seminole County Port Authority, Local Legislation, Purchasing & procurement rules approved by SCOPA Board of Directors. S.
