4. Approval of Minutes of January 22, 1986
5. Request of Winter Springs Golf Club for addition of use to the final
development plan in the Highlands PUD-for approval of construction of
lighting and pads for a driving range. (Section 44.85.l0(2b).
6. Request of Amerifirst Development Corp. for amendment of the preliminary
development plan for Mt. Greenwood PUD - to change density and type of
dwelling in Tract 5 and to change density in Tract 7 (Section 44.85.8).
7. Request of Amerifirst Development Corp. for approval of the final
development plan/preliminary engineering of Mt. Greenwood PUD Tracts
5, 6, and 7. (Section 44.85.7). (Tentative)
8. Request of Cedar Resources, Inc., for annexation of Sunlake PUD - 56
acres on south side of S.R. 434 near U.S. 17-92 and for approval of PUD
preliminary plan (Section 44.85.5 and 44.85.6)
Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting,
they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105
Florida Statutes.
