REZONING OF BINFORD PROPERTY ON MOSS ROAD FROM C-2 TO P.U.D. ., TELEPHONE (305) 327-1800 July II, 1979 To': Planning and Zoning Board Subject: Rezoning of Binford property on Moss Road Council action on June 26, 1979, disapproved adoption of Ordinance 196, which would have rezoned the Binford property on the east side of Moss Road from C-2 to C-l. A subsequent motion regarding rezoning this property to PUD was passed. During discussion prior to the vote, the City attorney advised that since Ordinance 196 had failed to be adopted, the matter of rezoning the property should be referred back to the Planning and Zoning Board. The Board is, therefore, requested to consider the matter of rezoning of this property from C-2 to PUD at its next regular meeting on July 18, and to for~ard its comments and recolnmendations to the City Council prior to the July 24 Council meeting.
