1. Call to Order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll Call.
4. Approval of Minutes of January 5, 1989.
5. Request of Killerarn Construction and Real Estate, Inc" for a Variance to
Section 5.145 (a) and (c), to Allow a Swimming Pool to be Built Nearer Than
Ten (10) Feet and a Screen Enclosure for the Pool to be Built Nearer Than
Seven (7) Feet to the Rear Property Line at 902 Kim Court (Woodstream Replatl
Lot 2, Plat Book 40, Page 39), the Property is Zoned Planned Unit Development.
6. Requsest of Homebuilder's Association of Mid-Florida for a Variance to Section
5.145 (a) and (c), to Allow a Swimming Pool to be Built Within Three (3) Feet
of the Rear property Line, at 1586 Eagle Nest C~rcle, Glen Eagle in Tuscawilla,
the Property is Zoned Planned Unit Development.
7. Adjournment.
Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting,
they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105
Florida Statutes.
