1. Call to order
2. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
3. Roll Call
4. Approval of minutes of April 7, 1983
5. Request of Maronda Homes for Special Exception to construct a
home on a corner lot with a 21.67 foot setback (rather than 25
feet) from one street right-of-way (Mocking Bird Lane) on Lot 1,
Block 13, Ranches Section 10.
6. Request of Michael and Colleen DePasquale for Special Exception
to City Code Section 44.29 to allow a home occupation in zone
R-IA and to permit outdoor activity in connection with the home
occupation (swinuning lessons annually for six-week term) on Lot
17, Block B, Ranches Sec. 8 (616 Alton Road).
Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting. they
will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence
upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105 Florida Statutes.
