Appointment Opportunities for City Boards and Committees
SUMMARY
The City Clerk Department wishes to inform the City Commission of the following
vacancies:
Per Section 2-41(e) of the City Code , "If any commissioner fails to appoint a member
within thirty (30) days after a vacancy occurs or a term expires, that seat shall be
filled by a majority vote of the commission."
CURRENT VACANCIES:
Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee
Seat Two Appointment: Term Expires February 1, 2027
Seat Three Appointment: Term Expires February 1, 2025
Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory Committee
Seat One Appointment: Term Expires August, 31, 2023
UPCOMING VACANCIES
Code Enforcement Board
Seat Four: Term Expires 7/31/2023
At-Large: Term Expires 7/31/2023
Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory Committee
Seat Five: Term Expires 8/31/2023
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Commission make any appointments they deem pertinent.
