Matters Related to Boards & Committees
SUMMARY
The City Clerk Department wishes to inform the City Commission of the following
vacancies:
Per Section 2-41(e) of the City Code , "If any commissioner fails to appoint a member
within thirty (30) days after a vacancy occurs or a term expires, that seat shall be
filled by a majority vote of the commission."
CURRENT VACANCIES:
Board of Trustees - Terms for three (3) members expired January 1, 2026
Seat One: Term Expires January 1, 2030
Seat Three: Term Expires January 1, 2030
Seat Five: Term Expires January 1, 2030
Code Enforcement Board
Seat Three: Term Expires July 31, 2027
FUNDING SOURCE
RECOMMENDATION
Staff requests the Commission make appointments to the Board of Trustees.
