CITY COMMISSION AGENDA | JANUARY 12, 2026 REGULAR MEETING
TITLE
The Human Bean Final Site Acceptance
SUMMARY
The Human Bean drive-thru coffee shop, located at 234 E SR 434. The project was
approved on March 31, 2025 via Site Plan Application FEDP-2024-0002 and Aesthetic
Review Application AERV-2025-0006. The project's final acceptance closeout list is
attached. All relevant items on said list have been completed. The Final Engineering
inspections were completed on January 5, 2026. Fine Fire and Building inspections
were completed on December 29, 2025. A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (CO)
was issued for for stocking and training on December 30, 2025. Final CO will be issued
once the dumpster enclosure doors are installed and upon City Commission's Final
Site Acceptance.
FUNDING SOURCE
RECOMMENDATION
The Community Development Department Recommends that the City Commission
find the site work to have been built in substantial accordance with the Final
Engineering Plan.
