NOW THEREFORE I, KEVIN McCANN, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA DO HEREBY PROCLAIM PURSUANT TO
SECTION 2-82 OF THE CITY CODE AS FOLLOWS:
1. A municipal election of the City of Winter Springs will be held
on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 in conjunction with the general
election being conducted by the Seminole County Supervisor
of Elections
2. The municipal election shall be for the purpose of electing a
District One, District Three, and District Five Commissioner
each for a new four-year term
3. The Seminole County Supervisor of Elections shall appoint an
Election Board and determine voting places for the municipal
election.
