Matters Related to Boards and Committees
SUMMARY
The City Clerk Department wishes to inform the City Commission of the following
vacancies:
Per Section 2-41(e) of the City Code , "If any commissioner fails to appoint a member
within thirty (30) days after a vacancy occurs or a term expires, that seat shall be
filled by a majority vote of the commission."
CURRENT VACANCIES:
Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory Committee
Seat Three: Term Expires August 31, 2027
Seat Four: Term Expires August 31, 2026
FUNDING SOURCE
RECOMMENDATION
Staff requests the vacancies on Seat Three and Four of the Oak Forest Wall and
Beautification District Advisory Committee be filled by Commissioners Baker and
Resnick, respectively.
