ADVISORY SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES - RFP 07-19 KM
Notice is hereby given of an Advisory Selection Committee Meeting for
discussion and possible recommendation(s) for:
“Landscape Maintenance Services”
RFP 07-19 KM
For the City of Winter Springs, Florida
This Advisory Selection Committee Meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday,
November 4, 2019, At City Hall - Commission Chambers, 1126 East State Road
434, Winter Springs, Florida
In attendance will be members of the Advisory Selection Committee (Brian
Dunigan, Kevin Maddox, and Aneta Barton). Other City officials and employees
may attend.
The Advisory Selection Committee will be considering and scoring the
proposals received from Respondents and making a recommendation to the
City Commission.
Any award made by the City Commission as a result of this meeting shall be
made at a subsequent, publicly noticed City Commission meeting and conform
to the RFP and applicable State laws and local Ordinances. The City of Winter
Springs reserves the right to accept or reject any RFQ response in accordance
with law or to not make any award.

This meeting is open to the public. Interested parties may attend. All persons and parties are
hereby advised that if they should decide to appeal any decision made by the Committee with
respect to any matter considered at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings
and that for such purpose, affected persons may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal
is to be based.
