Proposed Conditions
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Staff recommends the Planning & Zoning Board approve FEDP-2024-0009 with the
following conditions:
1.Execution of the Development Agreement.
2.Illuminated wall signage located above the entrance to the building and facing
Lot 4 of the Blake Commons plat must be turned off when the daycare facility
is closed.
3.All grass on the Property shall be Bahia grass. No St. Augustine grass or grass
types with low drought tolerance shall be permitted.
4.Economic Impact analysis required before City Commission Public Hearing.
