The proposed rezoning from Seminole
County “M-1” to the City of Winter Springs
“C-2” is appropriate and compatible with
the land use pattern established by the
City’s Comprehensive Plan.
Surrounding properties adjacent to the
subject property have compatible Future
Land Use and Zoning designations.
Properties located directly south of the
subject property are also designated C-2.

Examples of Seminole County “M-1” Zoning
permitted uses that are not permitted in
City of Winter Springs “C-2” zoning include:
•bottling and distribution plants;
•auto wrecking lots;
•incineration of organic materials;
•laundry and dry-cleaning plants.
This zoning is contrary to the land use
pattern established by the City’s
Comprehensive Plan.
