Surrounding properties adjacent to the subject property have compatible Future Land Use and Zoning designations. Properties located directly south of the subject property are also designated C-2. M-1 Examples of Seminole County “M-1” Zoning permitted uses that are not permitted in City of Winter Springs “C-2” zoning include: •bottling and distribution plants; •auto wrecking lots; •incineration of organic materials; •laundry and dry-cleaning plants. This zoning is contrary to the land use pattern established by the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
