objectives of the Operational Plan. Additionally, each operation shall be for a limited
time period, not to exceed seven (7) calendar days.

F. All employees of a respective agency, while acting in another's jurisdiction in
accordance with this Agreement, shall be deemed to be acting within the course of
their own agency's employment and shall not be construed to be acting as an
employee of any other agency.
G. If the Operational Plan fails to set forth the handling of secondary consequences, the
policy and procedure of the requesting agency will control, except if the requesting
agency's policy conflicts with the individual participant's employing agency, then the
individual participant shall follow his/her own employer's policy.

agency to be handled pursuant to the policy and procedures of the employing agency.
I. The requesting agency will not be obligated to reimburse the assisting agencies for
rendering assistance as outlined in this Agreement.
J. A party will not have any liability because it does not provide services to the other
parties to this Agreement. Further, the assisting agency retains the right to withdraw
some or all of its resources at any time. Notice of intention to withdraw must be
communicated to the requesting agency's designated official as soon as practicable.
SECTION IV. INDEMNIFICATION
Each party agrees, with respect to any suit or claim for damages resulting from any and all
acts, omissions, or conduct of such part's own appointees/employees occurring while
engaging in rendering assistance pursuant to this Agreement, to hold harmless, defend,
and indemnify the other participating party and its appointees/employees, subject to the
provisions of Section 768.28, Florida Statutes, where applicable, and to the extent
