This provision is not intended to prohibit vehicles from accessing on Florida Avenue and loading/unloading within the site. 3.All signs located upon the property must conform to the signage regulations codified in the City of Winter Springs Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16, Signs and Advertising. Any ground mounted, monument-style, permanent signs placed upon the property may not be more than twelve (12) feet in height above the closest driveway or vehicular use area. ANY QUESTIONS?
