SUMMARY
Oviedo City Church would like to have a non-binding review for parcel id 25-20-31-5ba-
0000-019A which is located no more than 300 feet property line to property line from
the church owned parcel 04-21-31-300-0150-0000, where the church desires to
improve this property making 60 grass parking spots for overflow parking during
church services and events and secondly to be used as a grass playing field. No
overnight parking will be allowed as well as no storage of vehicles or storage devices
of any kind will be allowed on this parcel.
The ±0.81-acre parcel is zoned Neighborhood Commercial (C-1) and has a Commercial
Future Land Use designation.

The Community Development Director reserves the right to determine whether this application is complete and
accurate. An Incompete appucation win not be processen and may be returned to ine applicant. I ne appucaron snat
be reviewed per Chapter 20 - Zoning Sec. 20-28.1.1. Applications are reviewed for sufficiency (completeness) withir
thirty (30) business days. Once the application is found sufficient, it may be scheduled for the City Commission.
The Non-Binding Preliminary Review shall be scheduled a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior the City
Commission.
Appricants are auvised tat an optonat premminary review is intensed to be an initial non-vincing, courtesy review
process. The Non-binding preliminary review process is not subject to appeal because no final action is taken by the
City. In addition, the City Commission reserves the unconditional right not to enter into a development agreement

applicant as a final decision and shall not be construed in any manner as creating any vested right or entitlement for
the development of the subject property. By requesting and participating in the optional preliminary review process,

section
