The total estimated funding over 10 years is $38 million. Since 2015 there have been 68 crashes at this location for this traffic movement. Cost Playground Resurfacing Trotwood Park Resurfacing Trotwood Park Playground $150,000 Field House for Torcaso Park An indoor field house is envisioned for Torcaso Park. Basketball, pickleball and volleyball can be played indoors. The facility will also be used for summer camp as well as after school camp.$3,000,000 Fencing for Central Winds Park Currently the park is not able to be closed.
