Chase Bank Town Center Adjacent to Wendy’s. Community Workshop was held on 02/20/20 CUP and DA approved by the CC on 11/16/20. DA, Final Engineering, Waiver, & Aesthetic Plans approved by the CC 10/25/2021. Building Permits approved as of 02/25/22. Dream Finders Townhomes (Seminole Crossing) 114 Single-Family Homes (Attached) Town Center East side of Michael Blake Blvd. DA, Final Engineering, Waivers, & Aesthetic Review approved by the CC on 12/09/2019. Final Plat approved by the CC on 09/28/20. Site acceptance complete on 07/12/2021. Single-Family Homes are under construction. Hickory Grove Townhomes 132 Single-Family Homes (Attached) Town Center Northeast of Bear Springs Drive and Blumberg Blvd. A Non-Binding review was held at the CC on 02/25/2021. Community Workshop was held on 08/26/2021. DA, Final Engineering, Specimen Tree Removal, Waivers, Variance, & Aesthetic Review PZB recommended approval on 02/10/22. Waivers 1 & 2, Variance, & Aesthetic Review approved by CC on 03/14/22. DA, Final Engineering, Specimen Tree Removal, & Waiver 3 are scheduled for CC on 05/23/22. Iriye Suites Live Work Community Town Center 150 Tuskawilla Rd. SE & DA approved by CC on 01/28/19. *Final Engineering and Aesthetic Plans Living Life Development (ILF) West Side North Side of W SR 434, north of Sun Lake Plaza. Dental Office CO was issued on 03/11/22. Crunch Fitness CO was issued on 04/29/22. Aldi and Chipotle Buildings are under construction.
