Commission also directed Staff to come back with an agenda item related to the procurement of a permanent City Manager and options for a national search. Permanent City Manager This process of procuring a new City Manager may be accomplished in two steps. Step 1: Identify the attributes you are looking for in a City Manager (i.e..
