This memo aims to recognize Crime Scene Technician Kelly Davis for her outstanding work throughout 2022.
Throughout the year, CST. Davis has worked diligently to revamp the Property and Evidence Manual to simplify it
so as to mitigate mistakes that would otherwise slow down the process of accurately submitting property. She has
also revised the Crime Scene Training manual and Property and Evidence Training Manual while teaching her
new counterpart. CST. Davis does all this while maintaining over four thousand pieces of property, constant rush
orders, evidence requests from attorneys, and lab requests.
CST. Davis takes great pride in her work product, and it shows. She works diligently to complete multiple tasks
and maintains a positive attitude the whole time. She does not settle for anything less than perfect, which is
required in a role like hers. For her efforts, I would like to recommend CST. Davis for Civilian Employee of The
Year.
