I think since (presumably) she'll be sworn in when the meeting actually begins, it would be ok to drop the "Elect" and
refer to her as Commissioner in the agenda. Am I understanding correctly that the swearing in portion won't be part of
the official Commission meeting agenda? Or is it part of the regular meeting and the meeting is starting a few minutes
early for the swearing in ceremony?

The Agenda for the July 91" meeting is going out on July 3rd. Should we use Commissioner -Elect in the
wording on the Agenda that goes out prior to her being sworn in? or...
