MARK A OXLEY NANCY J OXLEYI am requesting the Code Enforcement Board find the Respondent in violation of: WS CITY ORD. 20-411 BOAT & TRAILER, TRAILER, CAMPER WS CITY ORD. 20-438 VEHICLES PARKED FRONT YARD 123 WS CITY ORDINANCE 20-411 BOAT AND TRAILER, TRAILER, CAMPER (a) No house trailers will be permitted in residential zone areas except for residential zones specifically providing for mobile homes. Except as provided in subparagraph (b), campers, camp trailers and boats and trailers will be permitted if kept in a garage, carport, rear yard or side yard not fronting any street, providing no one occupies them. (b) Campers, camp trailers and boats and trailers may be parked temporarily in the driveway of residential zone areas for a period of time not to exceed forty-eight (48) hours within any ten (10) consecutive day time period for the limited purposes of loading, unloading and general maintenance. For purposes of this section, "driveway" shall mean the private access area designed and approved for the parking of private vehicles. 2022CE001445 124 WS CITY ORDINANCE 20-438 VEHICLES PARKED ON FRONT YARD (a)The parking of any vehicle within the front yard of any residential lot shall be prohibited unless said vehicle is parked on a driveway and/or designated parking area that meet the requirements set forth in section 20-439 of the City Code. (b) The parking of any vehicle on or over any sidewalk adjacent to any residential lot is hereby prohibited. For purposes of this subsection, the term sidewalk shall be as defined in section 316.003, Florida Statutes, and shall include any portion of a sidewalk that traverses a driveway. In the event the violation(s) are not corrected a fine of $250.00 a day be imposed. 130
