Roofs and Drainage
The roof and flashing shall be sound, tight and not have defects that admit rain. Roof
drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness or deterioration in the walls or interior
portion of the structure. Roof drains, gutters and downspouts shall be maintained in
good repair and free from obstructions. Roof water shall not be discharged in a manner
that creates a public nuisance.

September 19, 2023- While on routine patrol of Greenbriar community, I observed a roof in disrepair at 902
Glen Abbey Cir. indicated by a dark colored tarp covering the front portion of the property structure roof.
Permit search was conducted and concluded no issued or pending permit(s) on file for the referenced
property.

October 4, 2024 – An attorney representing the property owner(s) contacted code enforcement to inform
the property currently is in litigation and requested a 60-day extension to finalize the process and initiate
repairs. Extension granted from original compliance due date of 11/19/2023 to 02/19/2024.
