Staff recommends the Code Enforcement Board find the property in violation, issue an
Order requiring the violation(s) be corrected and the property brought into compliance on or
before March 13, 2024, consider curing the violation in the event the violation is not
corrected after the date set for compliance, and consider the imposition of a daily fine of up
to $250.00 per day in the event the requirements of the Order have not been met by the
date set for compliance by the Code Enforcement Board.

growth in excess of ten (10) inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited.
Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees
or shrubs provided; however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and
gardens.
