Staff recommends the Code Enforcement Board find the property in violation, issue an
Order requiring the Respondent(s) correct the violation(s) and bring the property brought
into compliance on or before February 7, 2024, and consider an imposition of a daily fine of
$250.00 per day per violation in the event the requirements of the Order have not been met
by the date set for compliance by the Code Enforcement Board.

Except as provided for in other regulations, no inoperative or unlicensed motor
vehicle shall be parked, kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any
time be in a state of major disassembly, disrepair, or in the process of being stripped
or dismantled. Painting of vehicles is prohibited unless conducted inside an approved
spray booth.
Exception: A vehicle of any type is permitted to undergo major overhaul, including
body work, provided that such work is performed inside a structure or similarly
enclosed area designed and approved for such purposes.

December 5, 2023 – While conducting a re-inspection of the referenced property
under Case #2023CE001864, CEO Elbon observed two inoperable motor vehicles
parked/stored in the front yard area of the referenced property. CEO Elbon also
observed a refrigerator that was not in operation and had been discarded,
abandoned or stored in the front yard area without first removing the doors, but was
later corrected (Exhibits 1-6).
