I consider getting involved in the community as a way of putting down roots and helping the City of Winter Springs. One year ago I met the commission when the City was choosing a new mayor, after the last mayor resigned. All of the commission members had mentioned that there were boards to be on that helped the community, and that if I wanted to get involved that serving on one of the boards was the way to start. I love Winter Springs.
