I have been a citizen within the unincorporated Seminole County area since childhood. Five years ago I had the opportunity to become a resident within the City of Winter Springs. As a resident with local ties I find it incumbent upon me to ensure our community continues to prosper. My occupation of Architect provides me with unique skill sets in relation to enforcement of codes and standards and I believe my experience and understanding will be of benefit to my community. I am a Licensed Architect in the states of FL, AL, GA, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA, PA, NY and OH. Current and Active Member of the American Institute of Architects, American Society of Interior Designers, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, International Code Council, and National Fire Protection Association. My experience and understanding of various code structures, interpretations, adaptations, enforcement and application would be useful to the City in enforcement of city codes and evaluation of parks and recreation facilities in their compliance with various codes and standards.
