related to a proposed rate study and the recently approved rate raise to the current legal limit

Further discussion followed on the provision of median maps, replacing dead sod, and the
costs of a new pump versus a rebuild.
Mr. Maddox noted that roughly 13,000 square feet of sod had been replaced and that the
remainder would be completed in the next fiscal year.
503) Discussion on Entry Fountain
Mr. Maddox noted the rescheduling of the previous meeting due to the fountain, basin being
cracked all the way across and all the way through. Mr. Maddox noted that Staff was still
working to assess the situation, core samples were being conducted, and ultimately the basin
would need replacement.
