Based on the direction from the Commission staff communicated the requested changes to Korn Ferry who have provided an updated list of questions. FUNDING SOURCE N/A RECOMMENDATION Staff is requesting final approval of questions and scoring matrix for the City Manager selection process. 361 CANDIDATE INTERVIEW MATRIX- FIRST DRAFT City of Winter Springs City Manager 1st Round Interview Use the following scale to rank each candidate from 1 to 5: 1 = does not meet expectations 2 = slightly below expectations 3 = meets expectations 4 = slightly above expectations 5 = exceeds expectations Candidate Score Leadership Style Notes: Interest and passion regarding City Manager of Winter Springs 1) Please summarize your background experiences and qualifications relevant to the City Manager position. 3) Have you read the city charter and are you famliar with the commission-manager form of government?
