SUMMARY
The applicant intends to use the property as an Outdoor Recreational Vehicle (RV) and
Boat Storage facility. The applicant intends to annex the property into the City of
Winter Springs and change the zoning designation to Industrial. The property is
currently under the jurisdiction of Unincorporated Seminole County, is zoned
Agriculture District (A-1), and has a Suburban Estates (SE) Future Land Use (FLU)
designation.

The City Commission may review and provide non-binding and preliminary review
