TITLE
Funding Priority Matrix
SUMMARY
On May 22nd 2023 The City Commission unanimously voted in favor of hiring Mr.
Andrew Kalel as the City's lobbyist. On June 26th 2023 Mr. Kalel presented to the City
Commission a legislative update and answered questions from the Commission.
Following the presentation staff gathered a top 5 list from the Mayor, each
Commissioner, and each Department Head.
FUNDING SOURCE
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is recommending Mayor and City Commission review and discuss attached
funding priority matrix. After discussion and direction from Commission, Staff will
communicate funding priorities to the City's Lobbyist.
