TITLE
Light Up Central Winds - Proposed Dates
SUMMARY
Light Up Central Winds is an annual holiday drive-through light display hosted by the
City of Winter Springs. The drive through is located in Central Winds Park during the
month of December. Staff is recommending the following dates for this year. Friday
December 8th, Saturday December 9th and Sunday December 10th, Friday December
15, Saturday December16th and Sunday December 17th. It will be from 7PM to 9PM.
Saturday December 16th will be a walk-through night only. Food trucks and a holiday
movie will be available from 5PM to 9PM. The movie will begin at 7PM.
These dates have been coordinated with City Staff, participating Sponsors, Vendors
and Residents.
FUNDING SOURCE
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Commission approve the proposed dates of December 8th,
9th, 10th, 15th, 16th and 17th for the Light Up Central Winds event. In addition,
authorize the Interim City Manager and City Attorney to prepare and execute any and
all applicable contract documents consistent with this agenda item.
