Upon reviewing the scope of services of this bid,our Team has performed a preliminary research of the services to be provided on this project and have determined that our capabilities will prove to be beneficial to the City of Winter Springs. Whether positive or negative growth is present, developments and/or maintenance of local infrastructure will be affected. Based on the U.S. Census Bureau, population growth over the past year in the State of Florida has 1.900'o with City of Winter Springs increasing by 1.2900. This increase in population growth has placed additional loads on the current infrastructure, thus resulting local municipalities to respond with project such as this one. This project is located not only near one of the most active intersection within the City limits, but on one of the most active State Road within the County limits. New residential construction such as The Savoy and The Blake only add to the existing volume on this roadway. Staying up to date with the current event relative to the City and County is fundamental to our firm. As TCD offices are located within Seminole County, several of our employees, including corporate officers, travel past this intersection on a daily basis either heading to the office or to a project site. Our firm is well read on the current state of developments across the state including one that are closer to home. Bulletins released by the local news, local authorities, FDOT or Florida Transportation Builder Association(in which TCD is a vested member)are reviewed internally for construction and business-related practices.
