Ms. Quinn recommended a compliance date of April 29, 2023 and a two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250) per day fine if this was not met. Attorney Nix noted that this was a rehearing due to a typographical error in the previous presentation in January that was incorporated into the motion. Discussion followed on concerns related to structural stability, fire safety, the permitting process,and an appropriate timeframe to achieve compliance. Mr. Mark Oxley, Respondent, 208 Mockingbird Lane, Winter Springs testified that the boats were placed in the yard due to a potential sale and that he was now in compliance. Mr.Oxley submitted photographs, dated February 17,2023, into the record.
