Mayor Lacey:
Having completed the requirements for, and having been examined by an Eagle Scout Board of
Review, David Patrick Scanlon was found worthy of the rank of Eagle Scout. In honor of this
achievement, we will hold an Eagle Scout Court of Honor for David in Winter Springs, Florida.
We would appreciate a letter or certificate acknowledging his achievement. We will compile it
with other acknowledgments and place it in a scrap book commemorating this special occasion.

folding benches, and storage bags for the Fellowship of
Christian Athletes (FCA) at Paul J. Hagerty High School,
in Oviedo, Florida. FCA uses it before school, during '� O, 1
breaks in the school day, and during FCA gatherings to "' W11

is a great game that almost anyone can play; Athleticism
is not necessary. The anchors allow the game to be r �'
played indoors or outdoors.
Troop 787 is chartered by Willow Creek Church, and provides scouting program and support to
over 100 young men. Troop 787 has graduated over 140 Eagle Scouts,providing thousands of
hours of community service.
