Minutes "I MAKE A MOTION THAT WE APPROVE THE PAST MINUTES." MOTION BY COMMITTEE MEMBER GALLO. SECONDED BY VICE-CHAIRPERSON LECKY. DISCUSSION. MOTION PASSED WITH UNANIMOUS CONSENT PUBLIC HEARINGS AGENDA 400) Not Used REGULAR AGENDA 500) Projects & Events Update Cover Page Mr. Brian Dunigan, Parks Manager, Parks and Recreation Department gave a presentation showing the Board photos of recently completed City projects and potential projects in the works for the parks within the City. Questions and suggestions were given in regards to the basketball court at Trotwood Park and adding additional parking spot to improve to parking situation. Discussion ensued in regards to future planning, inclusive Special Olympics activities and other suggestions regarding additional activities the City could add to the parks. Thanks and appreciation was given to staff regarding the improvements and work done. 600. REPORTS No Reports were given. PUBLIC INPUT Chairperson Nussbaum opened “Public Input”. No one spoke.
