WH EREAS, Mr.Allan Haslam served our nation as a Marine Corp Sergeant E-5 during the Vietnam
War; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Haslam dedicates his time to organizations to support fellow veterans including
Fairways for Warriors and PawsitiveAction Training and personally supports veterans with PTSD; and
WHEREAS, Bailey, Mr. Haslam's devoted service dog, supports him and is an ambassador for
Tuscawilla, the City of Winter Springs, and the many organizations in which they remain involved;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Haslam and Bailey were unanimously selected as the 2022 City of Winter Springs
Hometown Heroes by the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Winter Springs wish to express their
thanks for the service, past and present, of Mr.Allan Haslam and Bailey.
