The Board accepted the packet as published into evidence without objection. Ms. Sanchez recommended a compliance date of November 30, 2022 and a two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250) per day fine if this was not met. Ms. Sanchez noted that cited violations related to house numbers and sidewalks/driveways had come into compliance. Mr. Rick Krack, 7384 Ayerswood Court, Winter Springs offered testimony and stated that the only outstanding issue was the painting, noted working with contractors, and asked for more time. Discussion followed on an appropriate timeframe to achieve compliance. Mr. Dale Wesenberg, 655 Elmwood Drive, Winter Springs offered testimony and commented on the difficulty of obtaining materials, building permit requirements, and his ongoing work to achieve compliance.
