a 'Public Input"form. Individuals will limit their comments to three(3) minutes, and representatives of
groups or homeowners'associations shall limit their comments to five(5) minutes, unless otherwise
determined by the City Commission.

attendance at this Meeting, and may participate in discussions.

TITLE
City Emergency Response Planning
SUMMARY
The purpose of this meeting is to address City Emergency Response Planning
for the rising water levels of Lake Jesup and the St.John's River in light of
current conditions of Bear Creek, Howell Creek, Ghee Creek and Soldiers
Creek. Additionally, a discussion is requested regarding planning for a future
hurricane and/or tropical storm event within the month of October in light of
said conditions.
