SUMMARY On April 13, 2018, the City Commission appointed the city's previous mayor to fill a vacancy for a City of Winter Springs representative to the South Seminole and North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority (SSNOCWTA). Staff recommends that the Commission appoint Mayor Kevin McCann as the City of Winter Springs representative to the governing board of the South Seminole and North Orange County County Wastewater Transmission Authority (SSNOCWTA) retroactively effective April 12, 2021 .
