SUMMARY
On March 14, 2022, the City Commission held a Public Hearing to consider the
Aesthetic Review, Final Engineering Plans, multiple Waivers, Variance, Removal of
Specimen Trees, and Development Agreement for Hickory Grove Townhomes located
within the Town Center (T4 Transect)which includes 132 single-family attached units
(townhomes) as a permitted use.
The City Commission approved Waiver 1 (1-story Pool Amenity Building), Waiver 2
(Modified Streetscape), a Variance (Stormwater runoff volume), and the Aesthetic
Review.
The City Commission continued Waiver 3 (Lot Coverage), the Specimen Tree Removal,
the Development Agreement, and the Final Engineering Plans until April 11, 2022.
Unfortunately staff did not receive all of the documentation for review from the
applicant and staff is requesting an additional continuance until April 25, 2022.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Commission continue the item until April 25,
2022
