The development is proposed to include a ± 4,498 SF building two stories in height, drive-thru car washing station, and vacuum stations. The subject property currently holds a Future Land Use (FLU) designation of Town Center and a zoning designation of Town Center (T5). An incomplete application will not be processed and will be returned to the applicant.The application shall be reviewed per Q ter20—Zoning.Sec.20-28.1.1. Applicants are advised that an optional preliminary review is intended to be an initial non-binding,courtesy review process.The Non-binding preliminary review process is not subject to appeal because no final action is taken by the City.
