WHEREAS,Winter Springs resident Zechariah Cartledge,atjust'13 years of age, has been a force
for good in our community and the nation;and
Zechariah has raised awareness of officers who have fallen in the line of duty through
his Punning 4 Heroes organization for which he runs one mile for every First Responder who makes
the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, and
WHEREAS, Zechariah has raised funds that have directly benefitted many organizations,
including our Winter Springs Police Department; and
1, : HEPEAS. we wish to express our sincere appreciation to Zechariah for his hard
work, generosity, and the bright light that he shines on our great City.
NOW THEREFORE, 1, Kevin McCann, Mayor of the City of Winter Springs,Florida do hereby Proclaim
that we recognize
in the City of Winter Springs arid encourage all residents to join me in thanking him for his tireless
efforts.
