General Discussion on Tuscawilla Lighting and Beautification District Projects REPORTS PUBLIC INPUT Anyone who wishes to speak during Public Input on any Agenda Item or subject matter will need to fill out a “Public Input” form. Individuals will limit their comments to three (3) minutes, and representatives of groups or 2 homeowners' associations shall limit their comments to five (5) minutes, unless otherwise determined by the City Commission. ADJOURNMENT PUBLIC NOTICE This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend and this Agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) or more Members of any of the City's Advisory Boards and Committees may be in attendance at this Meeting, and may participate in discussions. PUBLIC HEARINGS AGENDA 400) Not Used REGULAR AGENDA 500) Fiscal Year 2021 YTD Expenditure Detail and Fiscal Year 2022 Proposed Budget TLBD FY21 YTD 06.30.21 TLBD MAINT PROPOSED FY22 TLBD CAPITAL PROPOSED FY22 Ms. Holley Queen, Assistant Finance Director, Finance Department responded to questions regarding certain line codes, performance quote verifications and flag replacement questions within the Year-To-Date budget. Questions continued about the assessment fee for the area of Tuscawilla and what would happen when the fee needs to be changed. Mrs. Maria Sonksen, Finance, Director of Finance gave a review of the assessment fee for the area and explained the process to calculate the fee if an increase is needed. City Manager Shawn Boyle gave a further explanation for the processes of reassessing the assessment area and evaluating if the fee needs to be increased. REPORTS Deputy City Manager Casey Howard gave a follow-up on the Brightview performance. The Committee was informed that there were some concerns but the City is going to stick with Brightveiw and work out a way to increase productivity.
